Comprehensive Policy - Provides coverage on your building and contents on an all risk basis subject to exclusions. This policy does not name the perils that are covered but one that covers against all exposures except those that are specifically listed as excluded.

Broad Policy - policy provides all risk coverage on your building, however named perils coverage on your contents

Named Perils Policy - a policy in which the perils insured against are listed or named
