Auto Insurance

Third Party Liability

Third Party Liability Insurance is designed to insure exposures arising out of the ownership or operation of a vehicle such as bodily injury or property damage to another as a result of your vehicle.

Automobile insurance is legislated by the government in each province and territory. It is mandatory to have $200,000 third party liability insurance in order to operate a motor vehicle in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. This compulsory coverage however, may not be adequate for all consumers. There are numerous optional coverages available to protect you from financial losses.

Some of these coverages include:

Accident Benefits

Provides coverage for bodily injury or death to you and your passengers arising from the use or operation of an automobile regardless of what party is at fault for the loss.

Coverage includes the following:

Medical and rehabilitation expenses
Death Benefits
Loss of income

Collison or Upset

Provides coverage for your vehicle resulting from loss or damage caused by collision with another vehicle or object

Comprehensive

Covers loss or damage to your vehicle from any peril other than by collision( subject to exclusions such as corrosion and rust)

There are a number of optional coverages available that we at Cal LeGrow Insurance Limited can provide to give you "peace of mind".
